Borrower Due Diligence

How will you decide who to endorse as a borrower? What due diligence will you conduct?
Livelihood NW Business Advisors conduct a needs assessment with our long-term small business clients to assist them in identifying their business development needs. Small businesses often feel that money is all they need to sustain and grow, but Livelihood NW helps entrepreneurs recognize that financing is only one component that fits into the overall business ecosystem. It is Livelihood NW's intent to minimize risk for both the borrower and the lender, by helping entrepreneurs identify their needs for financing, their capability to payback the debt and the most appropriate use of funds to assist in their business strategy. Livelihood NW will provide due diligence in assisting the business client with their loan packaging, including, business plan development, use of funds, financial forecasting and tracking return on investment after the loan has been made.
