How will you decide who to endorse as a borrower? What due diligence will you conduct?
All borrowers will be artisans who have been working with KICK for not less than one year and whose records on timeliness and quality are not disputed.
How do you plan to support the borrower, both before and after the loan is disbursed?
Will go through their business plans and provide technical inputs. We shall incorporate them in any trainings that are held within KICK regarding financial management and life skills. We shall also provide opportunities in marketing and market access initiatives.
How will you help us ensure that the loans you endorse have a significant and positive social impact?
Most loans that we shall be endorsing will be used for business expansion and material acquisition. This in turn will go a long way in ensuring that the producers submit products in time with the right quality thereby enabling businesses to expand and thus ensuring sustainability to the entire community.
