Personal Story

I migrated to the United States from Mexico leaving behind my extended family, friends and a decent paying job to give my children the opportunity to pursue The American Dream. Seeking to be a positive role model by pursuing my own dreams, I started my own pressure washing company in 2008 with an old pick-up truck and the most basic pressure washing equipment.

Business Description

I have over five years of experience in the pressure washing industry and have developed a maintenance business approach to my services as opposed to the standard "clean it when you can no longer tell the color of the wall" approach. I’m currently working as an employee full time and working an extra 20 to 40 hours a week on my business. I have several maintenance contracts but not enough to justify walking out of my full time job as I’m the sole provider for my wife and three children. I’ve been very busy doing bids for many apartment complexes, industrial parks and retail shops to grow my business and assist the community get back on their feet by offering employment with a living wage. I offer excellent pressure washing services, great customer service and competitive prices. My business has been steadily growing over the last few years and I feel that I’m about to take a significant leap forward in my business but fear I don’t have the appropriate equipment to do the larger jobs that I’m pursuing.

What is the purpose of this loan?

I’m actively placing bids for larger projects and will need a newer truck and to update some of my equipment. $3,000 will be used as a down payment for the truck, $1,000 for equipment and materials, and $1,000 for working capital.
